Payments

We require a credit card on file for all services. If you do not have a card on file for payment, we reserve the right to cancel the service. If you do not have a card on file and your invoice becomes due, all service stops until the invoice is current.

We do not have access to any cards on file at any time. If you have multiple cards on file, the system will try and charge the 1st card, and if it fails, it will move to the 2nd card on file and down the line.

Because we require a card on file, there is a $15 fee after 2 days of an invoice being late.
