Service Cancellation

We request a 30 day cancellation notice. If you cancel service before the end of your monthly invoice service will be ended immediately without refund or credit.  If you give us notice we can sometimes offer pro-rated credit to your account if you are not satisifed. This is based on the amount of communication we have had before cancellation.

Overdue Invoices

If you have an overdue invoice and you have not given a 30 day cancellation notice, you will not have access to your website nor any services until your invoice is made current under your existing plan, or new plan you choose to revert to.  

Refunds & Cancellations

We offer no refunds for unused services.

Once you cancel an agreement with The Real Social Company we immediately stop posting on your scheduler, website, email platform, etc.

We will send you any further content you are due  to use if requested.

We will only issue a refund within 24 hours of a purchase and if no content was generated for you.

Website Payments

Websites will shutdown after 3 days of non-payment.  After 30 days of non-payment the website will delete. There is a $75.00 restoration fee for deleted websites.  We keep deleted websites for 30 days, after 30 days the website is fully deleted and cannot be restored.

Social Media Payments

If your payment is not up to date (late) there will be no social media posts until the following week.  It is easy to stay up to date, just put your card on file.
