During the posting process, you can 'disapprove posts.' This means the post will be returned with your comments for us to correct.
Notes On Post Approval.
1. We will make errors. We create thousands of posts per week, and we do our best to oversee each one, but things slip through from time to time. If a post gets through to posting without an error being caught will most likely not even be noticed by the clients. If you find one like this, delete it from each social channel and let us know.
2. Disapproved posts without comment will be deleted.
3. Disapproved posts should have actual errors. If you dislike the aesthetic and feel it isn't 'on brand,' please say this in the comment. We will resend you our branding form and reshare it with the post team.
4. Disapproved posts will be redone the following week, addressing your comments as best as possible.
Things To Think About From Our Experience.
The average consumer looks at a post for less than 2 seconds. The object is to grab their attention with a visual and get them to click to the website.
Minor wording changes have no impact on a post's effectiveness. ( Asking us to rearrange bullet points does nothing statistically for the posts value.)
Too much information on a post is typically skipped by a consumer. They do not look on social media to read.
You, as the page owner will see the same types of posts over and over. It is your channel so you will see everything constantly. The average person following your page will see 1 out of 7 posts based on the algorithm and so we repeat items to drive it into the awareness bubble of the average viewer. (Think of a car commercial on TV - You see it over and over again, eventually you are singing the jingle and know every word. Because of this, when a customer thinks of a service you might offer, we want them to think of YOUR brand because of this repetition of services)
On Our End
Most businesses will send back a post with an error now and then for correction. We would like to stress that the packages are not personal social media assistants but mass posting services to help boost your website with 'social signals' for SEO and to keep consumers aware of your services. If you consistently send back posts without errors we will suggest you upgrade your plan to a 'personal social media assistant' ($300 per week for 10 hours) which works with you each week to craft your posts.
